And I am not crazy.
But I will start with the subtle weather modification happening where I live, right now, before talking about this weird, bizzare, strange and crazy incident I witnessed on a road some distance from the town of Zambezi in the North Western part of Zambia about a decade and a half ago.
I have lived for close to a decade and a half in the village of Malakata, part of the larger village called 10 Miles. There is no electricity on the property I live, thus I have resorted to using solar installations to supply my electricity needs.
Solar systems work best when it's not cloudy, but even through the rainy seasons when the sky is often overcast, they can perform well enough to be of good use.
This is all dependent on the output of the panel(s) and the ratio of this to the output of the power bank, of course. The higher the ratio of the power output of the solar panel to the battery bank the more likely you are to experience daily full charges even when the sky is overcast the whole day.
I have been using the current solar installation for almost a decade and it's still going strong. It is a good brand. But the last few days even it has failed to charge up to a useful degree, and it's not because of its age.
It's the paucity of light to blame.
I can be sure about this because the indicator for the amount of light reaching the solar panel is constantly lower than the median. It's just too low for the installation's battery to get a charge that's anywhere near half its full capacity.
The problem with the last two weeks is the fact the sun has constantly been behind thick cloud cover without any, or very few gaps in it through which the sun can shine through.
What is strange about this is the fact the gaps in the cloud cover do form, but only in the sun's wake (only where the sun has already been).
This, to me, isn't natural for the region or season. It's not the norm. If there is thick cloud cover, then there must be the same amount of thickness for a sizeable portion of the sky around. It shouldn't all be concentrated in front of the sun, all the way till dusk.
The sun sets after a day that saw thick cloud cover throughout. Notice that the sun is going away with an entourage of clouds, leaving a cloudless sky?
If you ask me, this is outright and blatant weather modification, rather than climate change. The cloud cover is being thickened and guided along the sun's path, without regard for the wake.
It looks too much like the cretins behind this want the sun to be blocked out. There are many reasons why they would want to do this. I think they aren't just hastening the rainy season, but they are also targeting people who have come to depend on solar systems for their electricity supply needs.
This is sabotage.
The conclusion that there is serious weather modification going on here may seem far fetched if the belief that cloud seeding is the only way that precipitation can be enhanced and rain created has taken root. People with this idea, who haven't seen or heard planes fly to and fro above the clouds, will simply dismiss the claim of weather modification.
Agents of misinformation and disinformation have taken time out to ensure that the general public is only exposed to information that paints cloud seeding as only way that rainfall can be artificially created.
The rest, especially that which is closer to the actual technology being used today to create thick cloud cover, to control rainfall and storms such as cyclones and hurricanes (technology like HAARP), is debunked.
It takes a basic understanding of the laws of physics to know that anything that has the capacity to lift large chunks of the ionosphere, which HAARP can do with ease, has the potential to radically change the weather at the push of a button. The only reason the fact HAARP is a potent weather modification tool is debunked is because those behind weather modification don't want it known that it is.
The fact of the matter is that, for a very long time now, the miscreants up to weather modification no good have no longer needed to fly aeroplanes on top of clouds in order to drop substances on top of them that cause rapid precipitation and rainfall. They can cause rain to fall, even in desert areas, by mere clicks of a mouse.
Right now the capabilities are so advanced that they don't just cause changes to the weather on a large scale, but they can create changes on a scale as minute as a meter squared, even much less. They can create minute gusts of wind that can tip bikes over, slam doors, and etc., by creating sudden gusts of wind that are moving in the direction the bike is leaning, they can prevent a fire from starting by choking it of air, cause a crane to fall, cause a car engine to fail, etc.
Moving clouds in front of the sun to prevent a region from getting any light is
an easy thing for them to do right now.
I know all this, and I learnt most of it the hard way, which is why there is no doubt in my mind that the sudden thick cloud cover that has enveloped the region I live in for the past two weeks is weather modification. And I am left to ponder the possibility that it's directed at me in particular. Yes I said "to ponder" because now we are getting into paranoia territory. Worse still, we are getting into delusion territory.
I am pondering the possibility as in I am still trying to figure out whether it's plausible. That way I am neither paranoid nor delusional.
It may seem far fetched when the fact I am but one out of hundreds of thousands of people in this region is considered, but the fiends on my heels are so desperate to get me covertly they have done things in the past that go beyond this. That's why what I am thinking is in fact plausible. In their desperate state, they are very capable of doing anything at all to achieve the objective of eliminating me, provided it's covert and as such remains a secret to the world forever.
It's so bad that I cannot put dropping a plane full of passengers to get me beyond them.
And I have seen first hand what weather modification technology is capable of. I have witnessed changes made to a weather system that would seem impossible to achieve until one has been a first hand witness.
I have been a witness to a lot of weather modification incidents because I think the fiends find it imperative to showcase their power to me. They want to make an overt display of the power they harness in advanced technology and what they can do with it ... to me in particular.
They feel the need to both show off as well as intimidate me.
These displays of their technological prowess were previously done in front of me and meant only for me to witness. One thing I know is the fact they were very few when I lived in Europe but increased in frequency when I moved to Africa. They were minute and very private in Europe but increased exponentially in scale and scope when I got to Africa.
In Africa itself, the displays were frequent in urban areas and got even more frequent and blatant the further I went into rural areas.
Here, the miscreants had the confidence that, out here in a largely rural place where the technology was beyond the imagination of the majority if not everybody, nobody else would take their displays for what they really were. Also, they were convinced that nobody outside the area would believe me if I explained what was being witnessed.
Once, during the rainy season in Zambezi, a hyper rural region of Zambia, it became quite obvious that there was a lot of weather modification going on. The rain, for instance, would fall at set times of the day and this would go on for days on end. This wasn't natural and I even heard the villagers wonder about this.
To me, it suggested a number of things, all connected to weather modification, for instance that operatives manning the weather modification controls were changing shifts, with those with the necessary skills to start rainfall coming in at set times of the day or night. Either this or there was an actual timetable for when to make it rain, where to make it rain, how much and how long.
This happens to be the time when I witnessed the weird phenomenon.
I remember there was this day when I was trecking between the village and town, a distance of some 20 kilometers, when, about half way through the journey, at an isolated spot along the way, heavy rain started to fall.
I took shelter in a shed under the trees besides the road that a trader had built then later abandoned. As I stood there waiting for the downpour to ebb, while looking down the road that is built in a strait line so that you can see what's coming hundreds of meters away, I saw what looked like a waterfall on the road and it was coming my way. It was rain, but focused on one spot and moving my direction.
If you have experienced tropical rains, then you may have witnessed moments when it can be raining hard in one spot and a few meters further there is no rain or the downpour is much lighter. This was similar, the only difference being that the contours of the spot where it was raining much more than the surrounding was restricted to the width of the tarmac, and moving at a steady pace. I noticed that it was moving in a linear manner, following the road, which prompted me to keep my eyes on it, expecting it to go off course.
To my dismay, that thing stuck to the tarmac.
It looked like a large object, such as a tall trailer truck, moving with much accuracy down the strait road.
To demonstrate how accurate the process of this falling water moving along the road was, it traversed about 300 meters before reaching me, all the time moving in a strait line. It neared then passed me by, still sticking to the tarred road as it did so, giving the impression of a very tall thundering truck and trailer passing by. I watched as it passed me by without pouring much water on the area outside the road and almost non on the shed I was in. I watched it dissipate a short distance further down the road.
Try to explain the laws of physics that can make something like this happen? Only someone versed in firing high power microwave energy into the ionosphere would explain this, and only if it wasn't all classified because then they will be in trouble.
I know that if it hadn't been me there cursing the cretins out while proclaiming how unimpressed I was, but some water drenched villager, they would have fled and called it witchcraft.
For me, what I had just seen tallied with experiences I had of the rains that while season. Someone was playing with the weather, controlling the rain. It was so clear that some miscreant had chosen Zambezi to be the place where they did the training of weather modification operatives.
I am sure the miscreants do what they did to me to many more people in these far flung villages. They must have driven a many out of their minds already.
If you have witnessed a phenomenon like this and are sure you were not seeing things, then you won't find it hard to understand how the sun can completely be blocked out from a given area by simply ensuring that sufficient cloud cover is created along its trajectory.
The suspicion I have about the current weather modification efforts that points at me as the focal point of the weather modification exercise is the fact cloud cover is effective at disabling solar installations. I depend on solar power for my very survival. I do not know and don't think there is somebody else in the area for whom this is true.
Already, after just a week of not being able to cleanse the air in my home while I sleep, my lungs are suffering. I am experiencing pain in various parts of the chest and the texture of my skin is already showing signs of deterioration.
Edit: I wrote this article a week ago at the height of the thick cloud cover and completely overcast skies period. That gave way to heavy downpours that brought an end to the thick cloud cover spanning the entire sky phenomenon. Thus, if you check the latest satellite images of this place, you will see a totally different looking sky from that which I depicted before.
